Flint is a 4 year old big boned Friesian Percheron cross. He stands 16 hands and room to grow. He weights in about 1200 pounds or more. He is a PROJECT gelding! He has had fronts trimmed with some fright. He was abused as a baby and that leads into his older years but with time he has became quite the gentleman. Last year when I got him he was VERY scared. Jumped fences etc. he can clear a 6 foot fence easy when he’s afraid. He’s only done this twice with me. Hes food motivated I do keep a halter on him to be able to catch him as I wanted him on pasture with my others. Hes a really sweet horse just isn’t over being abused. I have had 5 rides 2 of which got thrown. Got back on and ended strong! He’s SOOOOOO smooth to lope and trot. Like a cloud. I got hurt on my other horse as to him sitting for a month but I will be getting back on him asap as now I’m 90% healed. He stands tied but will pull back a little bit when you walk towards him. He’s lazy !! Would make a good trail slow work or jumper !!!
