The properties are maintained twice a month, and each maintenance visit pays up to $75 per visit.

Duties include lawn mowing and weed whacking. The required equipment needed is a gas-powered lawnmower and weedeater, and a blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.

Compensation example:
- 4 yards per day = $300 per day
- 4 days per month = $1,200 per month, part-time

Payment for work performed is sent weekly by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
