Oh we are sure going to miss our home. Lived in her full time for a year including a La Grande area Winter. It has so much storage we even had a keyboard, board games, and sewing supplies on board! This is a LIVE IN IT SPECIAL. She is old but the Elgin RV park let us park there despite age!

She is a 33’ 1986 Fleetwood Southwind Motorhome. This baby has under 40k miles on the Chevy 454 and drives like a CHAMP. She was able to start on less than 3 cranks THROUGH OUT the winter.
Gutted and remodeled last year so it is dialed to live in comfortably. I replaced all the walls, removed and resealed all the windows, Replaced flooring with LVP throughout. Brand new cushions on booth. New day bed in front to add storage AND save space. New blackout Curtains AND reflectix cut to fit all windows (great for winter AND summer insulation). LED Lights throughout and LED star lights with remote control throughout. Full size bed platform built in back with tons of storage underneath. New backsplash in kitchen. Everything newly painted. Custom pantry. New water pump, some new vents, brand new 2 way refrigerator (have receipts for everything in Binder with owner manuals for appliances and the motorhome). TONS of insulation work which made it comfortable to live in all winter long. Custom skirting to wrap the underneath for warmth. Heated hose and plug adapters included. Propane Extend-A-Stay installed for external tank hook up (you don’t have to drive to refill). Brand new AT tires (receipts included) to get you where you need to go. We have been using it as a guest house, so it has not just been sitting and it is DRY. Mold free, pest free, smell free, and awesome.
One of my favorite things about this rig is it looks old enough to not draw theft attention, but the inside is so cute and cozy! All the little things

Needs
-Fiberglass patch on side needs sanding and painting
-Trim needs some finish work
-A few outlets need to be mounted (holes are cut)
-No Generator or coach batteries. (set up for both)
These are a few tiny aesthetic things remaining on the remodel, if we get to them the price will increase accordingly. Serious inquiries only!
