Generator, Fuel station, 3way Fridge & freezer, Furnace+A/C, power rear LARGE bunks, two couches covert to beds, flatscreen tv, 3 burner cooktop, extra large 100gal freshwater tank, NEW 10ply Tires with only 700 miles on them, NEW batteries.
Living area is 23.5’ long but hitch to back is only 25’ long as it utilizes the nose sleeper area. So towability of a shorter trailer with liveability of a bigger trailer.
We have owned it 6 years, stored indoors!
Bunks up - gives 6’7” high clearance coming in from the ramp.
The width between wheelwells is 6’4” (couches flip up to same clearance).
Distance rampdoor to kitchen is 10’2”.
